Terms & Conditions
Welcome to BAFAAT, a free community where members share posts and comments under public usernames. These Terms govern your use of BAFAAT. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Your account and eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, maintaining your account credentials, and activity conducted through your account. Do not impersonate others, misuse another account, or attempt to bypass security measures. If you are under the age of majority, use the service only where legally permitted and with any required parent or guardian involvement.
2. You are responsible for what you publish
Posts, comments, usernames and other member submissions are user-generated content. The person who submits content is responsible for ensuring that it is lawful, accurate where presented as fact, and does not violate another person's rights. Publishing anonymously to other members does not remove that responsibility. You must not claim that your views represent BAFAAT.
3. What is not allowed
- Threats, targeted harassment, stalking, intimidation, doxxing or sharing another person's private information without lawful authority.
- Hate speech, caste-based abuse, discriminatory harassment or incitement to violence.
- Defamatory allegations presented as fact, unlawful obscenity, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, or sexual exploitation.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, spam, malicious links, malware, unlawful transactions, or instructions intended to facilitate crime.
- Copyright or trademark infringement and other violations of applicable law or third-party rights.
- Attempts to evade content safeguards, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users' access.
Disagreement, criticism, humor and ordinary colloquial language are not automatically prohibited. Context, impact and applicable law matter.
4. Moderation and reporting
BAFAAT may mask words, review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend accounts or take other proportionate steps when content violates these Terms or applicable law. Automated masking is imperfect and is not an endorsement or legal clearance of any content. Users may report posts and comments using the in-app Report feature. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with valid legal process where required.
5. Content rights
You retain ownership of content you lawfully create. By posting, you grant BAFAAT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the service, including displaying posts to other users and enabling sharing. This license ends when content is deleted, except for limited copies retained as required for security, legal compliance or legitimate backups.
6. Privacy and public identity
Your email address is not shown on your public profile by default, but your username, public posts and comments may be visible to others and may be copied or shared. BAFAAT is publicly pseudonymous, not a guarantee of untraceability. See our Privacy Policy for more.
7. No guarantee and limitation of liability
BAFAAT is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free filtering or the truthfulness of member content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BAFAAT is not responsible for independently authored user opinions or statements merely because they appear on the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes BAFAAT's own statutory obligations.
8. Claims arising from your conduct
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful content, intentional misconduct or material breach of these Terms. This does not make you responsible for BAFAAT's own wrongdoing, and does not prevent legal authorities or affected persons from pursuing remedies provided by law.
9. Changes, suspension and governing law
We may update these Terms, and material changes will be communicated through the website as appropriate. Continued use after an update may be subject to the revised Terms and applicable consent requirements. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer, privacy and other legal protections.
10. Complaints and legal notices
For content concerns, use the Report control on the relevant post or comment. For privacy, legal notices, appeals or other grievances, BAFAAT must publish a designated grievance contact and an accessible complaint channel. Operator action required before publication: insert the actual Grievance Officer name and working contact email here. Do not treat an in-app report alone as a substitute for every legally required complaint route.
